 November 23, 2017:  Ok, tonight is the night we meet at another location, and I hope everyone remembers that it's just a one-time thing.  Our topic tonight is Elevator Physics.  It's the explanation of why we feel a bit funny in an elevator when it speeds up or slows down.  Really, it is a very cool topic. The videos are to augment what we did in class, but if you weren't in class, they'll at least give you some idea of what it is we studied. See you soon:)

Hi Everyone: Well, golf season is officially over for us hardy Winnipegers, but the Jets are winning, so all is well:). Times are busy at our little adult school in the North End so the post today is just a quick list of links to some videos about Free Body Diagrams. They are simple diagrams which show the forces acting on a given object. As usual, the videos won't match up perfectly with my lessons, but they are great resources.
